Tamarind, brown sugar, salt, scotch bonnet. Sweet, sour, salty, hot at once.

Agro hand-rolls tamarind pulp with cane sugar, a pinch of salt, and a measured amount of scotch bonnet pepper. The balls are dusted in more sugar before they are wrapped one at a time.
