Appleton Estate has been distilling at Nassau Valley in Cockpit Country since 1749. The 12 Year Rare Casks is a blend of pot- and column-distilled Jamaican rums aged a minimum of twelve years in American oak, blended by Joy Spence. The first woman to hold the master blender post at a major rum house.
