The range's only cream liqueur, at fifteen per cent. Closer to an Irish cream than a spirit, with a tropical warmth they don't have. Wine Enthusiast 93, the highest score in the Brinley range.
Cold over ice. Shake gently, pour 50ml over one large cube. The pour that lets the cream show.
In coffee. 30ml in a strong filter coffee or pour-over, stirred once. The island answer to an Irish coffee.
