Brinley Gold Shipwreck Vanilla Rum

Madagascar vanilla on aged rum. Heavier and rounder than a vanilla anything.

Whole vanilla pods, not extract, infused into four-year-aged Caribbean rum on St Kitts. Two golds at the International Rum Festival in its launch year.

A splash in coffee. 25ml in a strong black coffee, no sugar. The pour Brinley recommend themselves.

Espresso martini. 30ml vanilla rum, 30ml fresh espresso, 25ml vodka, 12ml coffee liqueur. Shake hard until the tin frosts, double-strain, three beans on top. The vanilla makes the drink without making it sweet.
