The wax is drawn freehand by women who have made this work for thirty years. The colour is indigo and brazilwood, no synthetic dye. Each piece is finished outside under a saman tree four hundred years old, where the cloth takes whatever wind comes that morning, which is why no two are quite the same."}]}]}

90cm by 90cm, sea island cotton, hand-rolled hem. Cold wash, line dry. Natural indigo and brazilwood dye softens gently with age; keep out of long direct sun to hold the depth of colour.
