Clifton Estate's Moko Jumbie Gold is column-distilled on Nevis and aged in oak in the same warehouse where the house's white rum sits, finished with a small molasses cut for colour and weight. Named for the tall stiltwalker who dances at every Nevisian carnival, painted in bright fabrics, three metres above the road.
750ml. 40% ABV. Neat in a heavy glass. Pairs with a Cuban cigar. The diaspora gift.
