Demerara molasses and fresh dairy cream. Darker than the Irish-cream shelf.
Wood-still Demerara rum blended with fresh cream and a small cocoa note. Smoother and slightly less sweet than the category, closer to the Demerara house style than to Dublin.
Cold over ice. Shake gently, 50ml over one large cube in a heavy glass.
At the SKN table. When the meal has run long and someone says they couldn't eat another bite, a small glass of this with a slice of guava cheese disagrees with them.
