Vanilla Paradise is the small Nevis estate growing Madagascar-grade vanilla pods at scale in the Caribbean. A project that exists because of patience, climate, and the founder's refusal to import what could be grown. The tour walks the orchids in flower, the pollination work, and the curing house where the green pods turn black over weeks. The café at the end serves a small menu built around the day's vanilla.
About 2.5 hours. Includes the café meal and one fresh pod to take home. Modest dress for the orchid house.
