How it tastes

The nose is deep and complex: dried fig, candied orange peel, dark chocolate, leather, cinnamon, vanilla, oak. The palate is full-bodied, a sweet front of dried fruit and honey moving into darker clove and candied ginger, oak holding the structure. A very long, warm, layered finish.
