How it tastes

Pale, lightly sparkling, properly bitter. Real grapefruit, not sweetness pretending to be citrus, and the bitterness is the point: it cuts through heat and food where a sweeter soda would cloy. Cold from the bottle, or long over ice with a measure of white rum.
