Clifton Estate spices its white rum with allspice, cinnamon, and vanilla, by maceration rather than flavouring, on the small still at the south side of Nevis. Lighter on the palate than most spiced rums, with the spices on the nose and the rum still recognisable on the tongue.
500ml. 40% ABV. Over ice with ginger ale.
