CSR is St. Kitts's white cane spirit. Distilled directly from fresh cane juice rather than from molasses, the way most Caribbean rums are made. The result drinks closer to a fine rhum agricole than to a typical Kittitian rum. Vegetal, peppery, dry, with the full grass of the cane field still present on the back of the tongue.
750ml. 40% ABV. In a ti-punch, with lime and a bar spoon of cane syrup. The rum-enthusiast gift.
