Pale gold with the faintest pink cast. The nose is coconut, soft vanilla, a faint floral note from the sorrel underneath. The palate is clean, softly sweet but not heavy, the coconut sitting forward with the hibiscus giving it a dry frame. A short, dry finish: the coconut clears and a small floral edge stays.
