Hi Biscus Coconut Rum

Coconut, sorrel, soft vanilla. A coconut rum that drinks dry, not sticky.

The coconut is the headline; the house sorrel extraction sits behind it for colour and a dry frame. The gentler bottle in the Hibiscus line, the one reached for in summer.

Hibiscus coconut colada. Three parts coconut rum, two parts sweetened coconut cream, a squeeze of lime. Shake hard, strain over fresh ice. A colada that needs no sugar correction.
