Liamuiga Natural Farms is the only working coffee farm in the Federation, sitting 1,500 feet above sea level on Phillips Mountain. National Geographic ranked it sixth on its 2024 best-of-the-world cultural destinations. The Kelly and Mike families operate the farm on permaculture principles — Arabica coffee shade-grown under fruit trees, citrus, herbs, yams, pumpkins, and farm-raised chickens and ducks on the same acreage.

The day starts at the public car park at Fraites Bakery. An open-air military truck climbs the 1780s British military trail through rainforest to the property — an old sugar plantation reclaimed for coffee. Guests walk the coffee fields, learn the cultivation cycle from cherry to cup, then sit down to a three-course farm-to-table meal: Yaka Mein cooked in the traditional Yabba Pot, vegetables harvested that morning, homemade coffee ice cream made from beans grown a few rows away. Green vervet monkeys make appearances. Maximum eighteen guests.
