Vita Malt is unfermented brewed barley, sweetened and bottled at full intensity. Wort, in beer language. Thick, dark, malty, a little like a cold porter without the alcohol. Caribbean grandmothers feed it to the thin. Construction crews drink it at lunch. The mothers' choice when a mother needs the strength of something that looks like beer but isn't.
