Damaged in transit, wrong item, or just not for you. Here's how we sort it.
We want you to be happy with what arrives. If you are not, write to hello@belly.ful.kn within fourteen days of delivery and we will resolve it.
Damaged or broken on arrival
Send a photo of the damage and the packaging. We will replace the item or refund the order at our cost. Spirits and glass are insured in transit, so a broken bottle is not your problem.
Non-consumables
Soap, candles, ceramics, prints, and other non-consumables can be returned within fourteen days, in original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. Refund processed within five working days of receipt.
Consumables and spirits
Food, drink, and other consumables cannot be returned for food-safety and regulatory reasons. If a product has arrived damaged or faulty, the damage policy above applies. If a product is past its best-before date on arrival, write to us and we will replace or refund.
Anything else
The team replies on hello@belly.ful.kn. We would rather sort an issue than leave you with a bad order.
