You will receive a confirmation email asking for your flight number, departure date, and pickup window. Pickups open three hours before departure and close 45 minutes before.

At the airport, clear security first.
Check in for your flight, pass security, and proceed airside. Your BBYF pickup point is at the counter post-security at Robert L. Bradshaw International, St. Kitts. Exact zone confirmed at counter opening.

At the pickup point, present ID and order number.
Show your boarding pass, government-issued photo ID, and the order number from your confirmation email. The order is handed over, sealed and bagged for the flight.

What happens at the airport.
Location
Pickup counter at Robert L. Bradshaw International, airside, post-security. Exact zone confirmed at counter opening.
Hours
Pickup window opens three hours before scheduled departure and closes 45 minutes before. Outside those hours the counter is unstaffed. Standard operating hours: 06:00 to 22:00 daily, pending SCASPA confirmation.
Identification
Bring three things: boarding pass for the day's flight, government-issued photo ID matching the order name, and the order number from your confirmation email. Without all three, the order cannot be released.
Which flights, what you can carry.
BBYF is available on all departing flights from RLB. Your destination country sets the rules on what you can bring in.

Allowances are indicative. Customers are responsible for confirming current customs rules for their destination on the day of travel.
Carrying more than the duty-free allowance is permitted but the excess is taxable on arrival. Bellyful does not pay arrival duty on the customer's behalf.
The legal bit.
Age verification
All spirits orders require age verification at checkout. The minimum legal age for purchase in St. Kitts and Nevis is 18. Customers must be 18 or above to place a BBYF order containing spirits, regardless of destination country age limits.
Customs and duty
Customers are responsible for declaring goods on arrival and paying any duty assessed by the destination country. Bellyful does not collect arrival-country duty. Receipts are itemised for customs purposes.
Returns
Once collected airside, BBYF orders are non-returnable. If an item is faulty on collection, refuse the order at the pickup counter and Bellyful will refund within 7 working days. Orders not collected within the pickup window default to either re-pickup on a subsequent flight, arranged in advance at no extra charge, or a full refund minus a 15 percent restocking fee.

Where do I pick up?
At the BBYF counter airside at Robert L. Bradshaw International, post-security. Exact zone confirmed at counter opening.
What do I bring?
Boarding pass, photo ID, and the order number from your confirmation email.
What time can I pick up?
Anywhere from three hours before your scheduled departure to 45 minutes before.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your pickup window shifts with your flight. The counter staff check the live departure board on collection. If the delay puts your pickup outside operating hours, contact bbyf@bellyful.kn before midnight on the original travel date to re-arrange.
What if I miss my flight entirely?
Your order can be held for collection on a re-booked flight at no extra charge. If you cancel your travel altogether, request a refund within 14 days and we issue a refund minus a 15 percent restocking fee.
What about customs and duty?
You are responsible for declaring goods on arrival and paying any duty your destination country assesses. Allowances vary by country, listed in the eligibility table above. Bellyful does not pay arrival duty on your behalf.
Can I return items?
Once collected airside, no. Refuse the order at the pickup counter if anything is faulty and we refund within 7 working days.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. 18 and above for any order containing spirits, verified at online checkout. ID is re-checked at the pickup counter.
Can I pay in my home currency?
The default currency at checkout is XCD. Shopify Markets converts to USD, CAD, GBP, or EUR at the prevailing rate based on your location. The displayed currency is the currency you are charged.
Which flights are eligible?
All departing flights from RLB. International departures, regional carriers, and private aviation are all served by the same counter.
How far in advance do I order?
At least 24 hours before departure. Earlier is welcome. The order is prepared and held at the BBYF counter once your flight is confirmed.
