Guyana's flagship rum producer, owner of the El Dorado brand and the last sugar-estate distillery in Guyana. Diamond Distillery on the East Bank of the Demerara River runs eight stills, including the Port Mourant double wooden pot still (1732) and the Enmore wooden Coffey still (1880, the only greenheart-wood Coffey still in the world). The 12 Year is the calling-card expression. The range runs from the 8 Year up through the 15, 21, and 25 Year expressions, plus rare single-still vintage bottlings and the Rum Cream.

Hennessy

The Fillioux family has held the master-blender role for eight generations, most recently Renaud Fillioux de Gironde (since 2017). Hennessy invented the X.O designation in 1870.
