Ordering

Do you ship to me? We ship worldwide from St Kitts. Most orders go to the US, Canada, and the UK; the Caribbean and the EU are covered too. Costs and options show at checkout.

How long does it take? The US takes 7 to 10 working days, Canada 8 to 12, the UK and EU 10 to 14. Tracking arrives by email when your order leaves Basseterre.

Will I pay duty? Possibly, depending on your country's rules. Any duty is collected by your border on arrival, not hidden in our price. Receipts are itemised for customs.

The goods

Is it really from St Kitts and Nevis? Born here products are made in the federation by named makers; every product page says who made it and where, and links to them. Caribbean cousins come from the wider region. Passing through is international duty-free stock.

Will it arrive whole? Food and bottles are packed to travel and insured in transit. If anything arrives broken, write to returns@bellyful.kn within 14 days and we make it right.

What is Buy before you fly? Order up to 7 days before you travel and collect at the airport after security, on your way to the gate. The full detail is on the Buy before you fly page.

Returns

What is the returns window? 14 days from delivery. Perishables once opened, spirits with broken seals, and personalised items cannot come back; the full policy is on the Returns page.
